What does each report include?
Every report runs all 11 EU regulatory checks: INCI validation, 82 allergen screening (including the new 2023/1545 substances), banned substance detection, responsible person verification, batch code, net content, product function, PAO, warnings, country of origin, and durability/expiry. You get a structured pass/fail/review result with regulation references.
Can I try it before buying?
Yes. The audit tool on the homepage is free to use with the sample label. Purchase a credit when you're ready to audit your own product label.
What does "API access" mean on the Pro plan?
Pro subscribers get access to the /api/audit endpoint with an API key. This lets you integrate compliance checks directly into your formulation software, PIM system, or internal tools. Audit labels programmatically in bulk.
Do unused credits roll over?
Single report credits never expire. Monthly subscription credits reset each billing period and do not roll over.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal. You'll keep access through the end of your current billing period.
Which regulations are covered?
EU Regulation 1223/2009 (core cosmetics regulation) and the new allergen amendment 2023/1545 (adding 56 fragrance allergens effective July 2026 for new products). We screen against Annex II banned substances and cross-reference restricted substances with required label warnings.
